Secretary General Zhang Qi and the delegation met HEI Bavy, chairman and chief executive of Phnom Penh Autonomous Port. The port’s role in Cambodian agricultural exports framed exchanges on logistics, investment conditions and agricultural development.
The report also describes discussion of rice cultivation, processing, industrial parks and ecological restoration. The exchange brought the movement and handling of goods into the wider China–Cambodia agricultural-cooperation itinerary, complementing meetings with the ministry and rice federation.
