The story of the exchange.

The delegation led by Zhang Guoqing met federation president Chan Sokheang. He introduced the rice sector’s challenges and the country’s 2024–2030 approach to expanding and diversifying rice markets.

The association’s account records discussion of climate pressures, low-carbon production and agricultural ecosystems, alongside consumer demand. Cooperation priorities included skills development, rice-quality improvement, production-technology exchange and better warehousing and logistics to support farmers and market access.
