Agriculture, forestry and fisheries cooperation in Cambodia
A 26 March 2024 meeting at Cambodia’s agriculture ministry brought farmer livelihoods, product quality and market access into a wider China–Cambodia dialogue. The delegation considered trade information, agricultural investment, training and the exchange of technical knowledge.

The delegation led by Secretary General Zhang Qi met Deputy Minister Ky Chanromdoul at the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries in Phnom Penh. The discussion covered Cambodian rice, tropical fruit and rubber alongside the development of agriculture, forestry and fisheries.
The association’s report records shared interest in stronger agricultural trade information, market access, investment, talent development and cultural exchange. The ministry meeting formed part of a wider itinerary that also included Phnom Penh Autonomous Port and the Cambodia Rice Federation.
