Argentina: agricultural trade and summit cooperation
A Singapore diplomatic exchange explored Argentina’s participation in the sustainable-agriculture dialogue and opportunities to connect its agricultural products with Asian markets. Soybeans, beef and the Hainan Free Trade Port featured in discussion of future cooperation.

On 10 June 2025, the association met Argentina’s ambassador to Singapore. The report records an invitation for Argentine institutions to participate in the second GSSA and the ambassador’s willingness to help connect relevant organizations.
The discussion also considered a possible future summit in Argentina and promotion of agricultural products in Asia through Hainan. This bilateral exchange formed part of preparations for the 2025 summit.
