Xia Dongdong: rural life through changing light
Xia Dongdong’s photography brings village evenings, spring blossom and terraced agriculture into the association’s cultural programme. Her Hemu series received a first prize in the inaugural Quannongtai Cup; the feature also introduces photographs from Zhejiang’s rural landscapes.

The Zhejiang photographer began studying photography after retiring in 2017. The association’s profile describes her use of aerial panoramas, changing seasons and multiple exposure to find distinctive views of villages and cultivated land.
This collection includes Hemu, blossom in Songyang, morning terraces in Yunhe and autumn fields in Jingning, alongside the certificate presentation. Original capture dates are retained where the source identifies them; the 2025 profile date is separate from the photographs.
